The pool is kept at around 31.5C (88.5F) so is beautifully warm. We have large temperature controlled changing areas, toilets and showers as well as baby changing facilities. If young children and infants whom are not potty trained just yet will be swimming, then they must wear the ‘double nappy system’, otherwise they cannot go into the water.
Bookings as standard are booked for 4 people (with a minimum of 2 adults) and requests for up to 8 people can be requested in advance either as a one off or block-bookings (numbers can be extended depending on adult to child ratios). The pool itself is completely private, with parking available for up to 10 cars in front of the building. We are unable to accept lone swimmers due to safety reasons, the swimming pool during private hire is unmanned/unsupervised which also means there is no lifeguard on person supervising onsite.
All our private hire sessions are 1hr, including changing time….. Guests are expected to arrive & leave promptly for their session.
One off sessions are easily booked but if you would like a regular slot longer term please contact us by email to arrange this.
Private Hire is up to 4 swimmers as standard as costs £25. If you’d like to extend the numbers we can offer up to 6 swimmers (with a minimum of 2 adults at any time) for £30 and up to 8 swimmers (with a minimum of 3 adults at any time) for £35.
We can consider an increase and can usually be flexible but it does depend on adult to child ratios. We pride ourselves on being safe and use a considered approach to booking as the pool is unmanned & unsupervised.
Our availability is all day every day during all school holidays. We use Facebook as our quick & easy way to book in however enquiries can be made by email but take a little longer to reply to.
During term time, our hire is evenings after 7pm and weekends after 1pm however these are mostly regular hire slots booked 3 months in advance so availability is few and far in between. We do have the odd slots available…
